Ads Pulse is a Chrome extension that displays form submission statistics directly within Meta Ads Manager. This privacy policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Data Collected Automatically

• Campaign/Ad Set/Ad IDs: We collect identifiers from your Meta Ads Manager tables to fetch corresponding submission statistics.
• Date Range: The selected date range in Meta Ads Manager is used to filter submission data.

Data Stored Locally

• Column Mappings: Your configuration settings (which columns to use for codes and submissions) are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API.
• Onboarding Status: A flag indicating whether you've seen the welcome screen.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal information (name, email, address)
• Facebook/Meta account credentials
• Ad content or creative assets
• Financial information
• Browsing history outside of Meta Ads Manager
• Any data from websites other than Meta Ads Manager

How We Use Your Data

1. Campaign/Ad IDs are sent to our API server solely to retrieve submission counts for display in your Meta Ads Manager interface.
2. Column mappings are stored locally and never transmitted to our servers.
3. All data processing happens in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers.

Data Transmission

• Data is transmitted securely over HTTPS to our API endpoint.
• We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties.
• API requests contain only the minimum information necessary to fetch submission statistics.

Data Retention

• We do not permanently store your campaign or ad identifiers.
• API requests are processed in real-time without logging personal data.
• Local storage data (column mappings) remains on your device until you uninstall the extension or clear browser data.

Your Rights

You can:

• Uninstall the extension at any time to stop all data collection
• Clear local storage data through Chrome's extension settings
• Contact us with questions about your data

Third-Party Services

Ads Pulse connects to:

• Ads Pulse API: Our backend service for fetching submission statistics
• Meta Ads Manager: The extension only operates on Meta's Ads Manager pages

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.
